Role Objective
We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and results-focused B2B marketer who embraces the inbound marketing methodology and can combine creativity with structure and strategic follow-through. You take initiative and enjoy seeing projects through, and you collaborate closely with teammates to move things forward together.
You’ll play a central role in developing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, and you will actively contribute to SEO and SEM, and lead generation efforts that drive visibility and performance throughout the customer journey.
You enjoy working hands-on with content and are used to creating thoughtful, well-aligned materials that support campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver inbound marketing strategies that attract, engage, and convert
- Drive demand and lead generation through strategic, full-funnel campaigns that balance brand visibility and performance
- Optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a focus on measurable results
- Contribute to our SEO and content strategy to increase organic visibility, SERP relevance, and targeted traffic
- Create clear, well-aligned content that supports both paid and organic campaign goals
- Help develop campaign assets and landing pages that reflect our brand and meet strategic goals
- Analyze and report results using relevant tools, focusing on insights across the full customer journey
- Ensure structured project execution with clear goals, milestones, and follow-up
- Collaborate on team initiatives such as customer stories, content projects, and brand campaigns
Your Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in inbound marketing, performance marketing, or paid B2B campaigns
- Experience with SEO and SEM, including content strategy and/or technical optimization
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and automation platforms
- Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating closely with others
- Native-level Norwegian is a must – both written and spoken – as you’ll create ad copy and content for the Norwegian market
- Experience in graphic design – such as creating ads, illustrations, or campaign materials – is an advantage, as long as it's paired with a solid understanding of strategy and targeted marketing

You’re dependable, organized, and take pride in contributing to shared goals. You take initiative and are comfortable leading projects through to completion. Detail-oriented and solution-minded, you have strong communication skills and work well independently, while thriving in a collaborative environment. You enjoy creating purposeful content from ads to landing pages and are comfortable contributing to both small and large-scale initiatives.
