About the Department

D-Cloud is part of Duett Software Group, providing sustainable, secure, and sovereign cloud solutions in a hybrid setup. Our technology department plays a key role in developing and maintaining solutions that support our group’s broader ecosystem. We collaborate across teams in a flat, inclusive organization where each team member’s contribution is valued.

In 2025 and 2026, we are reviewing and renewing our entire service portfolio and modernizing our data center to ensure we have an up-to-date setup and offering. Going forward, D-Cloud will focus on providing real hybrid cloud and private cloud services for both the internal and external markets, as well as increasing business and offerings in consulting, reselling of software (SW), hardware (HW), connectivity, and security.

We are responsible for managing customer solutions in our own data center and in the Microsoft cloud. Our service portfolio generates approximately 90 million NOK annually. We have 24 employees divided into two teams: Team Solutions and Team Operations. This position will belong to the Solutions team, which delivers and develops new solutions, especially those related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our customers and colleagues with the planning, implementation, and administration of Microsoft 365 services. You will participate in and manage small and medium-sized projects, mostly related to Microsoft 365.

Our goal is to ensure that customers utilize the systems in the best possible way and that customer setups comply with strong security standards. There will naturally be some customer contact, mostly via Teams, but there will also be some in-person customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Microsoft 365 services.
• Lead small and medium-sized projects. Analyze and provide advice to help customers utilize the platform in the best possible way.
• Perform security assessments and implement security controls to protect customers' data and resources.
• Handle issues and challenges related to Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Provide training and guidance to customers and colleagues on the proper use of Microsoft 365 services.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft 365 to provide the best possible advice to customers.
• Undertake some tasks related to customer success management.

Your Experience

• Bachelor or other formal education within a related field
• Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with project management and customer follow-up.
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in IT and technology.
• Experience with Azure services.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or project management are a plus.
