About the Department

D-Cloud is part of Duett Software Group, providing sustainable, secure and sovereign cloud solutions in a hybrid setup. Our technology department plays a key role in developing and maintaining solutions that support our group’s broader ecosystem. We collaborate across teams in a flat and inclusive organization, where each team member’s contribution is valued.

In 2025 and 2026 we are reviewing and renewing our complete service portfolio modernizing our data center, to make sure we have an up to date setup and portfolio. Going forward D-Cloud will focus on providing real hybrid cloud and private cloud services both for the internal market and the external market, as well as increase business and offerings in the consulting area and also within reselling of SW, HW and connectivity and security.

Role Objective

Team Leader Cloud Operations (TCO) will have the day-to-day operational responsibility for the team members and tasks within the team.

Team Leader Cloud Operations reports to Cloud Manager (CM) and will collaborate with other team leaders to ensure collaboration between the various teams.

TCO is a permanent member of the Cloud Services management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team development and support

• Manage resource scheduling and resource management in your team

• Contribute to setting and achieving goals and guidelines in the department

• Contribute to the budget and financial management in the department

• Be able to identify, plan and carry out improvement work

• Office Manager role for the Tynset office. This does not impact our hybrid work model.
• Facilitate inclusive recruitment processes

Your Experience

• Cloud skills, certification or equivalent experience preferred

• IT Support and IT service frameworks, End User and preferably device management.

• Security and Compliance, understanding of best practices, experience of working closely with infosec departments.

• Experience with Cloud and on-prem Technologies, especially Microsoft 365, is beneficial

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and excel at communicating complex technical concepts clearly to any audience. He/she is also eager to contribute to the development of new services and products and support our security work, including participating in the Change Advisory Board.
