Role Objective

Traede is looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical guidance and support to our development team while actively contributing to the codebase. In this role, you will tackle a variety of challenges, from implementing new features to refactoring technical debt and fixing critical bugs.

As a Tech Lead, you will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills, acting as a bridge between developers, support teams, customers, and partners. Your ability to simplify complex problems and craft practical solutions will be essential to Traede's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class solutions to complicated business problems. TRAEDE is an ERP and our task is to optimize business operations for our customers meaning we constantly have to think about how to optimize processes and do better
• Help other developers with problem solving in complicated cases and reviewing Pull Requests
• Help other departments providing context and guidance
• Keep up with the latest technology trends and foster a culture of learning within the team
• Collaborate with Tech Leads across teams to continuously improve the way we are adopting new technology and improving standards/best practices.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Software Development
• Technical leadership skills
• 8+ years of experience in the field of software development
• Experience in integrating external APIs like open banking, KYC, AML
• Experience with below:
• PHP (Laravel)
• React.js
• PostgreSQL or similar SQL engine
